Now Hiring: Professional Painters & Leaders Who Want to Grow With Us

Calgary & Surrounding Areas

Are you a skilled painter who takes pride in your work, loves seeing a space transform, and wants to build a long-term career, not just pick up another job?

Dow Brothers Painting is growing fast, and we’re looking for dedicated, detail-oriented painters who want to roll with a company built on respect, integrity, quality, and growth.

If you’re ready to join a team where craftsmanship matters, your attitude counts, and there’s real opportunity to move up the ladder… you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Who We Are

Dow Brothers Painting is a family-owned, in-house professional painting company serving Calgary, Okotoks, Cochrane, and surrounding areas.
We don’t cut corners. We don’t rush quality. And we don’t treat painting like “just another trade.”

Our mission is simple:
Deliver premium workmanship, build strong relationships, and grow leaders within our team.

Position: Professional Painter (Full-Time)You’re a great fit if you:

  • Take pride in clean lines, flawless prep, and professional finishes
  • Value respect, teamwork, and a positive work environment
  • Show up ready to work with a great attitude every day
  • Love seeing the transformation of a job well done
  • Are reliable, responsible, and hungry to improve
  • Want opportunities to advance—into crew lead, site supervisor, estimator, project manager, and more

To ensure excellence for our team and our clients, candidates must have:

  • Fluent English (communication is critical on-site and with clients)
  • A reliable working vehicle
  • High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Experience in professional painting (interior proficiency required; spraying experience is a strong asset)
  • Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform standard job site tasks
  • A strong sense of integrity, consistency, and follow-through
  • A willingness to learn and grow within our structured training system

What You’ll Love About Working With Us

  • Competitive pay based on skill + performance
  • Consistent, year-round work
  • Paid training & development (our Prep to Pro system)
  • Opportunities to move into leadership roles
  • A respectful, family-driven team culture
  • No egos. No chaos. No sloppy shortcuts.
  • A company that truly invests in your success

Growth Path

We promote from within. Painters who demonstrate skill, communication, and leadership can advance into:

  • Senior Painter
  • Crew Lead
  • Field Manager
  • Estimator
  • Project Supervisor
  • Operations Leadership

Your future here is entirely based on effort and attitude.

Ready to Build a Career You’re Proud Of?

We want painters who care about their work as much as we do.
If you value quality, integrity, respect, and growth, we want to hear from you.
