Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, as the Graphic Designer, you will design a wide range of items in various formats for multiple different types of platforms for Jason Parks Customs and all of our individual locations.

Some of the fun things you will be doing

• Creating and updated menus (seasonal, event-specific, and venue-branded)
• Social media graphics (posts, stories, reels covers, ads)
• Event posters and promotional materials
• Monthly calendars and internal signage
• Packaging & Label Design
• Print Collateral including posters, flyers, sandwich boards, menus, event signage, tasting room and restaurant print materials
• Digital assets including website banners, landing pages, email headers & graphics
• Newsletter graphics including graphics and GIF’s
• Logos and sub-brand identities
• Merchandise graphics (apparel, hats, tote bags, etc.)
• Presentation decks and internal documents
• Custom branding elements for weddings, corporate events, and pop-ups
• Logos and brand identity packages
• Assisting in executing full marketing campaigns that deliver results

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, plus Canva for quick-turn needs
• Understanding of print specs (bleeds, dielines, CMYK, RGB, etc)
• A self-starter mindset - you take initiative and run with ideas
• A creative personality with a love for bold, out-of-the-box design that avoids cookie-cutter design
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects across multiple locations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills—you can take feedback, ask the right questions, and collaborate across teams
• A keen eye for detail and consistency across brand touchpoints
• Graphic Design Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio)
• 3-Years of Design Experience Preferably in branding, packaging, social media, or lifestyle products
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong Portfolio Showcasing creativity, versatility, and ability to design for print and digital
• Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling
