Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in automotive and dealership painting projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive repair and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on vehicles. A background in dealership environments and familiarity with various hand and power tools will be highly valued. The position offers opportunities for growth within a professional setting focused on precision and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion
  • Apply primer, base coats, and clear coats using spray guns or brushes, maintaining consistent quality standards
  • Use hand tools and power tools to assist in surface preparation and minor repairs
  • Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move vehicles or equipment safely
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
  • Maintain equipment and tools in proper working condition for efficient workflow
