Reporting directly to the Art Director, the Creative Asset Specialist will execute AI-generated lifestyle imagery requests, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets are delivered to support Sales team needs. This role requires strong visual judgment, technical execution, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute AI-generated lifestyle imagery requests using approved AI tools
  • Retouch and composite imagery in Photoshop to achieve publish-ready quality
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand asset requirements and deliver accordingly
  • Develop and maintain a clear intake process for creative asset requests
  • Ensure all assets align with Moe’s brand and visual guidelines
  • Submit completed work to the Art Director for review and approval prior to delivery
  • Support asset production during peak periods, including seasonal launches
  • Provide asset support for sister brands (Sundays and Hetta) as needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-volume environment

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong eye for furniture, interiors, and lifestyle aesthetics
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including retouching and compositing
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute with accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in furniture, home goods, or lifestyle brand environments
  • Experience developing or improving creative workflows and request processes

The salary range for this role is currently budgeted at $55,000 - $65,000 annually.
