Overview
We are seeking a creative and energetic Ice Cream Artist to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, creating visually appealing ice cream treats, and providing exceptional service in a fun and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food presentation, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the food industry. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream treats, including sundaes, cones, and specialty desserts
  • Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Assist customers with menu selections, upselling products to enhance their experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and serving areas
  • Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
  • Handle food with proper hygiene practices, adhering to sanitation guidelines
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
  • Restock supplies and maintain organized workstations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cashiering procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
