About the Role

As an Art Instructor, you’ll lead classes and workshops for kids, families, and adults in a fun, welcoming, and beautifully organized studio environment. You’ll guide guests through creative projects (including clay and pottery), keep the studio running smoothly, and help ensure everyone has an amazing experience.

  • 20-30 hours/week during the school year
  • Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
  • Weekday evening shifts
  • Full availability during school breaks is a must — including summer camps, winter break camps, and spring break camps

Standard Starting Wage

Between minimum wage and $19/hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach and support art classes for a variety of ages
  • Lead birthday parties, workshops, and holiday break camps (summer, winter, and spring)
  • Help keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in
  • Set up and tidy up materials before and after classes
  • Assist with artwork pickup, glazing timelines, and studio prep duties
