About the Role
As an Art Instructor, you’ll lead classes and workshops for kids, families, and adults in a fun, welcoming, and beautifully organized studio environment. You’ll guide guests through creative projects (including clay and pottery), keep the studio running smoothly, and help ensure everyone has an amazing experience.
- 20-30 hours/week during the school year
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) required
- Weekday evening shifts
- Full availability during school breaks is a must — including summer camps, winter break camps, and spring break camps
Standard Starting Wage
Between minimum wage and $19/hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Teach and support art classes for a variety of ages
- Lead birthday parties, workshops, and holiday break camps (summer, winter, and spring)
- Help keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in
- Set up and tidy up materials before and after classes
- Assist with artwork pickup, glazing timelines, and studio prep duties
