About us: Brights Gallery is a prestigious Canadian fine art gallery in the vibrant Blue Mountain Village Resort.

Position overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven sales associate to join our dynamic team. This position requires an individual who is trustworthy, friendly and meticulous. A passion for art is mandatory. An educational background in art is an asset. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service experience, and comfortability with the computer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to gallery visitors, fostering a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
  • Utilize applications efficiently to manage sales transactions and inventory.
  • Stay informed on current art trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
  • Drive sales through proactive engagement with customers and effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Technical proficiency.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive client experience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of current design and art trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for the arts.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage plus commission.
