Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Escape Room Game Master & Spin Art Operator to join our team.

This is a hybrid role combining immersive entertainment (escape rooms) and interactive art experiences (spin art on rotating canvases). You will be responsible for delivering engaging, memorable, and high-energy experiences across both activities.

You are not just operating attractions — you are creating experiences.

Duties

  • Welcome guests and explain game rules for escape rooms, ensuring a clear understanding of the experience.
  • Monitor guest progress during escape room activities, providing hints or assistance as needed to enhance enjoyment.
  • Operate spin art machines to produce colorful artwork for guests, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage guest interactions with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game areas, spin art stations, and common spaces.
  • Address guest questions or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest care.

Requirements

  • Strong public speaking skills to clearly explain game rules and facilitate guest engagement.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience in guest services or hospitality environments is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Enthusiasm for creating fun, memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position offers an engaging work environment where fun meets professionalism—perfect for individuals passionate about entertainment and guest interaction.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
