Join Our Team as a Front of House Staff / Barista at Mmm Donuts • Café & Bakery!

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Staff / Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a smile and taking their orders accurately.
  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and baked goods.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café’s front-of-house area.
  • Answering customer inquiries and making recommendations about our menu items.
  • Handling transactions efficiently and responsibly.
  • Collaborating with the team to create a positive and smooth-running environment.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a café or food service setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members alike.
  • A passion for coffee, baked goods, and delivering excellent service.
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
