About the Role

Every payment applied, every deposit reconciled, every account kept accurate – that's the quiet engine that keeps Grand & Toy's cash flow moving, and as our Cash App & A/R Support Coordinator, you'll be right at the center of it. Key Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments – Accurately and promptly apply payments received to the correct customer accounts.
• Support sales & customer service requests – Respond to requests such as filling in vendor forms and confirming payment status.
• Support AR functions – Assist with loading invoices into customer portals, completing refund requests, reconciling accounts when needed, completing dunning, and requesting proof of delivery (POD).
• Handle bank visits – Visit the bank as needed to complete deposit-related activities.
• Take on ad hoc duties – Support the team with additional tasks as needed, such as sending invoices.

Who You Are

• Detail-Oriented – Strong attention to detail and accuracy when applying payments and reconciling accounts.
• A/R & Cash Application Foundation – Experience in a computerized Cash Application, AR, or customer service environment, with an understanding of the full A/R cycle.
• Strong Communicator – Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized Multitasker – Good time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Customer-Centric Problem Solver – Works well independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues.
• Tech-Comfortable – Comfortable with Excel; familiarity with billing/EDI portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is an asset.
• Entry-Level Friendly – Secondary school completion required; approximately 1 year of related experience.
