Full job description

Middleby Residential Canada (Composition Brands) is looking for an energetic and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth for our luxury appliance portfolio across Southern Ontario. This role is responsible for developing the territory, strengthening key dealer relationships, and executing national sales strategies. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales, Canada.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Toronto or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

· Grow sales and market share across assigned territory.

· Build strong relationships with dealers, showrooms, designers, and builder partners.

· Conduct regular store visits, product training, and business reviews.

· Identify new business opportunities within premium and luxury channels.

· Implement national and regional promotional programs.

· Provide ongoing reporting on sales performance, competitive activity, and market trends.

· Represent Middleby Residential at trade shows, training sessions, and industry events.

· Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives, forecasting, and customer experience.

Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in luxury appliances, home products, or related premium categories.

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage and grow a multi-province territory.

· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

· Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

· Willing to travel extensively within the region.

· Resides in the Greater Toronto or surrounding area.
