Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans for new construction projects
- Draft detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) and REVIT software
- Renovate existing structures to meet client needs and comply with building codes
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Utilize software such as 3ds Max and Bluebeam for design visualization and documentation
- Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and incorporate their requirements into the design
- Provide guidance on sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Licensed with the Province of Ontario
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools
- Proficiency in Civil 3D would be an asset
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in budgeting and construction estimating
- Ability to sketch ideas quickly to communicate design concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
