Position Details

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our first ever Vancouver storefront as a Store Operations Supervisor!

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Store Operations Supervisor to lead and manage daily store activities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This pivotal role combines leadership, organizational skills, and retail expertise to oversee store functions, motivate team members, and uphold operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, flagging opportunities for improvement.
• Lead by example on the floor, coaching and supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and demos when needed, modeling strong service standards for the team.
• Manage merchandise displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, in line with company standards.
• Operate the POS system, oversee cash handling procedures, and prepare accurate daily cash deposits.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the store and warehouse.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock counts and audits.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues in the warehouse and implement practical solutions.
• Manage time effectively to balance presence on the floor, in the warehouse, and in corporate meetings to stay up-to-date on SOPs.
• Adhere to and promote safety and compliance standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a retail or similar setting is required.
• Strong familiarity with Point of Sale systems is required.
• Previous experience in the hair/beauty industry is considered an asset.
• Experience in shipping and receiving is considered an asset.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Fluency in Arabic is considered an asset, as many of our customers speak Arabic — However, this is not required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
