Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team!   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredients.
  • Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
  • Follow all health regulations and safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, especially in fine dining or catering environments.
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Culinary experience that includes menu planning, food industry knowledge, and kitchen experience is highly desirable.
