Machinist / Apprentice Machinist (CNC & Manual)
Ellis Fabrications Inc. (EFI Attachments) & GroundWorks Safety Systems
Full-Time | Innisfail, Alberta

Ellis Fabrications Inc. and GroundWorks Safety Systems design and manufacture premium construction equipment attachments and engineered trench safety systems.

We are a growing company looking for a Machinist or Apprentice Machinist to join our team. If you take pride in your work, and want to be part of a strong team- we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual machines
  • Read and interpret drawings and blueprints
  • Machine parts to desired tolerances tolerances
  • Inspect and verify finished components
  • Maintain equipment and ensure quality standards are met

Experience With :

  • Haas CNC lathes and mills
  • Kitamura CNC mills
  • CNC boring mills
  • Manual lathes and mills

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be registered as a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year Apprentice Machinist, or have equivalent machining experience.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
