We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic team for this fresh startup seasonal restaurant. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety plus serving high valued customer base in an amazing venue. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, including chopping, slicing, and measuring
  • Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Assist in food preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold safety and hygiene standards
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, ensuring satisfaction
