Rich's Auto Collision is growing, and we're looking for an Autobody Technician or Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team.

We're not just looking for someone who can repair vehicles—we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants to continue growing their skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of autobody repair experience
  • Apprentice or Journeyperson welcome to apply

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Valid driver's licence

What You'll Be Doing

  • Structural and non-structural collision repairs
  • Panel replacement and repair
  • Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
  • Preparing vehicles for paint
  • Working alongside estimators, painters, and production staff to deliver exceptional repairs
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
