Overview
**Looking for a person to start on night shift project . Please inquire for this opportunity that comes with incentives like 3 day weekend and hour top ups. ***

We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician and experienced apprentices to join our team, providing great electrical services across various projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction environments, with a strong ability to interpret schematics. The position is paid and requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous learning.

We have jobs located mostly in Mid town and downtown Toronto with jobs littered around the GTA including projects coming up in west of GTA soon.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and residential settings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct inspections of electrical components to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or upgrades
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical work aligns with project specifications and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to safety protocols at all times
  • Communicate with team and team lead constantly through planning , status and changes regarding the job at hand

Requirements

  • Valid Journeyperson Electrician license or certification / Registered apprentice with lots of experience
  • Proven experience as an apprentice/JP electrician or in construction electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and low voltage systems
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
  • Hands-on experience with renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or installations
  • Ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics accurately
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to safety standards and procedures in all aspects of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • 309A License (preferred)
