This is NOT an entry-level automotive sales position.

If you've never sold vehicles before, this position is not the right fit.

We are looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who understand how to generate business, build relationships, structure deals, and consistently perform at a high level.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professionals who take ownership of their business and are committed to becoming one of the top performers in the industry.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Previous automotive sales and/or finance experience
• Valid BC VSA Licence
• Valid BC Drivers Licence
• Strong understanding of automotive lending and financing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Exceptional follow-up habits
• CRM experience
• Self-motivation and strong work ethic
• Team-first attitude
• High energy

Experience with Dealertrack, Tekion or PBS is considered an asset.

✔ Previous automotive sales or finance experience

✔ Valid BC VSA Licence (or eligible to obtain immediately)

✔ Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media to generate vehicle sales

✔ Self-motivated and driven to build your own customer base

✔ Looking for a long-term career with unlimited earning potential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00-$15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• automotive sales: 2 years (preferred)
• Automotive finance or subprime: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• VSA (preferred)
• BC Driver's license (preferred)
