Job Summary

We are hiring Production Workers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton within a consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for reliable, hands-on candidates who enjoy active work, production line tasks, and being part of a fast-paced team.

As a Production Worker, you will support daily manufacturing operations through sorting, packing, quality checks, and general production line duties. This opportunity offers weekly pay, full-time hours, on-the-job training, and the potential to be hired permanently. Key Responsibilities

• Work on the production line to support packaging, sorting, and general manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and consistency according to production standards.
• Sort, pack, and prepare finished goods for the next stage of production or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Follow safety procedures, production instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Support team productivity by staying flexible and assisting where needed on the line.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate: $20.85 to $22.25 per hour.
• Base rate: $20.85 per hour.
• Night shift premium: $0.70 per hour.
• 12-hour shift premium: $0.70 per hour.
• Weekly pay.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Full-time hours with potential for full-time hire.
• Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
• Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Night shift: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Alternating weekly schedule.
• Every other weekend required.
