As a Territory Lead, you will be accountable for extraordinary business results, enhancing Apple brand awareness through delivering a customer experience and advocacy across a territory. You collaborate with store teams and regional leadership, spending quality time inspiring multiple teams with your forward-thinking style and love for technology.

In this position, you will leverage your deep understanding of the market, demographics, and behavior of consumers to regularly conduct product demonstrations, foster connection with customers, and provide insights to leadership. You are an effective leader who is passionate about Apple, builds strong relationships, and influences partners to drive sales opportunities and elevate the customer experience.

In this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to provide your own reliable transportation.

Description

In this role, you will:

  • Influence store and regional leadership across multiple points of sale in a defined territory to build plans, achieve partner sales targets, and grow business.

  • Collaborate and train reseller teams on our products, services, and merchandising guidelines, while promoting outstanding customer experiences and developing brand advocates. Educate and encourage store teams to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio.

  • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups..

  • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple’s outstanding dedication to merchandising and brand standards are upheld throughout your territory; This includes ensuring that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.

  • Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.

  • Enrich the customer experience by approaching problems with creativity, curiosity, and new ideas.

  • Leverage your interpersonal savvy to grow relationships, persuade others, and influence across all levels within the partner organization.

  • Coach, support, and inspire teammates to demonstrate Apple’s values and embrace a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This posting is for an existing opportunity at Apple.

For postings in Vancouver, qualified candidates can expect a hiring rate up to the midpoint of the pay range. On an exceptional basis, candidates with significant experience and skills for the role may be paid up to the range maximum.

Preferred Qualifications

High level of integrity, trust, accountability, and discretion

Strong self motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks

Ambition for driving sales results and recommending Apple solutions is desirable

Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience

Passion for Apple, technology, and the customer experience

Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others, including peers and cross-functional teams

Outstanding customer focus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to educate, inspire, and influence others to foster innovation

Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and persuade key regional and store-level partners using situational adaptability

Ability to navigate ambiguity, approach problems flexibly, and propose creative solutions

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $58,100 and $77,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple Inc.'s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit award recommendations, and can purchase Apple Inc. stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple Inc.'s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Participation in Apple Inc.'s discretionary stock programs is governed by Apple Inc.'s stock plans and agreements and are not part of local employment contracts or compensation.

You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
