• Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
• Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Registers new patients and update existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information.
• Maintain and manage patient records.
• Move patients through appointments as scheduled.
• Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Medical office: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Medical Ofiice assistant certificate (required)
