Personal Trainer – Anytime Fitness

Hiring for the following clubs:

Kipling Club= 5245 Dundas St W, Etobicoke, ON M9B 1B4

Courtice Club= 1414 King St E, Courtice, ON L1E 3B4

Oakville Club= 579 Kerr St Units 1-2A, Oakville, ON L6K 3E1

King St Club= 370 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1J6

Fort York Club= 177 Fort York Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 0C7

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. You’ll work closely with members to design customized fitness programs, provide one-on-one coaching, and help clients stay committed to their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions
  • Design and implement personalized training programs
  • Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions
  • Track client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Build strong relationships to improve client retention
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive training environment
  • Promote training services and contribute to club growth

Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
  • Sales experience is an asset
