Job Type: Part-Time, Mornings, Evenings and Saturdays

At Precision Physiotherapy, we're looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy connecting with people, and love being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate patient bookings and maintain an organized clinic schedule.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and available services.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an outstanding experience from their first visit to their last.
  • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and administrative paperwork.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
  • Help patients commit to their care plans by confidently discussing treatment recommendations and scheduling future appointments.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, in medical/healthcare setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
