Représentant(e) du service client (Livraison de meubles dernier kilomètre) – AMJ

AMJ, une entreprise en pleine croissance spécialisée dans la livraison de meubles sur le dernier kilomètre, recherche un(e) Représentant(e) du service client motivé(e) pour renforcer son équipe. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir une expérience client fluide et satisfaisante, de la commande à la livraison.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les interactions entrantes et sortantes avec les clients (téléphone, e-mail, chat)
  • Fournir des mises à jour et des solutions en temps réel concernant les livraisons
  • Utiliser les systèmes informatiques internes pour gérer les données clients et le suivi
  • Résoudre les réclamations avec professionnalisme, notamment dans les situations difficiles
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de répartition, les chauffeurs et les entrepôts

Exigences :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • bilingue (requis pour pouvoir communiquer avec nos clients et partenaires diversifiés)
  • Sens aigu du détail et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques, logiciels CRM et plateformes logistiques
  • Capacité à garder son calme sous pression et à gérer la frustration des clients
  • Une expérience antérieure dans le service client ou la logistique est un atout

Customer Service Representative (Last-Mile Furniture Delivery) – AMJ

AMJ, a fast-growing last-mile furniture delivery company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a key position focused on ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers from order to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide real-time updates and solutions regarding furniture deliveries
  • Use internal systems and software to manage customer information and delivery tracking
  • Resolve complaints and handle difficult or frustrated customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual (required to communication with our diversified clients and partners all across Canada)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and logistics platforms
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus
