  • Experience as a Traffic Control Coordinator, Lane/Traffic Technician, or strong working knowledge of the traffic control industry through hands-on field experience, coordination with traffic control companies, or involvement in municipal/approval processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Calgary roadways and traffic control standards
  • Proven leadership or management experience (required)
  • Minimum 4+ years traffic control experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Adaptable and able to manage last-minute or emergency requests

What we’re looking for:

Someone who can step in immediately, take ownership of operations, and lead crews with confidence. This is not an entry-level role — we need a strong, reliable leader.
