Résumé du poste
Vous avez de l'expérience en assemblage de cabinets, d'armoires, de mobilier ou de structures sur mesure ? Chez Safran Cabin, votre savoir-faire peut contribuer à la fabrication des intérieurs d'avions de demain.
À partir de plans et dessins techniques, vous assemblerez des composantes et structures intérieures d'aéronefs telles que des cuisines d'avion (galleys), compartiments de rangement, blocs toilettes, parois latérales et autres modules de cabine. Vous participerez également à la construction de sous-ensembles dans le respect des normes de qualité et des spécifications du client.
Tâches du rôle
- Assembler des sous-ensembles et des structures à partir de composantes en aluminium, matériaux composites, fibre de verre et autres matériaux spécialisés.
- Lire et interpréter des plans d'assemblage, dessins techniques et instructions de fabrication.
- Effectuer l'ajustement, le remplissage et la finition des surfaces selon les standards établis.
- Installer des garnitures, panneaux décoratifs et matériaux de laminage.
- Assembler les sous-composantes des différentes structures et unités de cabine.
- Monter et fixer les sous-ensembles aux structures principales.
- Installer certains équipements, composantes de plomberie et composantes électriques.
- Vérifier la qualité des assemblages et assurer la conformité aux spécifications.
- Manipuler les matériaux et les pièces avec soin afin de préserver leur intégrité, leur finition et leur qualité.
Qualifications
- Éducation : Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience : Une expérience pertinente de 1 à 3 ans dans un environnement de fabrication est préférable.
- Autres compétences : Capacité à lire des dessins techniques est un atout
Quarts de travail disponible:
- Jour - Du lundi au jeudi de 5h45 à 15h00 et le vendredi de 5h45 à 10h45
- Soirée - du lundi au jeudi de 15h30 à 12h45 et le vendredi de 11h30 à 16h30

Summary of the role
Do you have experience assembling cabinets, custom furniture, millwork, or interior structures? At Safran Cabin, your skills can help build the aircraft interiors of tomorrow.
Using engineering drawings and work instructions, you will assemble aircraft interior components and structures such as galleys, storage compartments, lavatory units, sidewall panels, and other cabin modules. You will also build sub-assemblies used in the final completion of aircraft interiors while meeting the highest quality and customer standards.
Tasks of the role
- Assemble sub-assemblies and structures made of aluminum extrusions, fiberglass laminates, composite materials, and other specialized materials.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, technical documents, and manufacturing instructions.
- Fill, sand, and finish surfaces according to established specifications and quality requirements.
- Install trim, decorative panels, and laminate materials.
- Assemble sub-components of aircraft interior structures and units.
- Fit and secure sub-assemblies to larger structures and cabin modules.
- Install operating equipment, plumbing components, and certain electrical components.
- Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and customer specifications.
- Handle and move raw materials and finished parts carefully to maintain product integrity and quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years’ related experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Other Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred
Shifts Available
- Day -Monday to Thursday from 5:45AM to 3:00PM & Friday 5.45AM to 10.45AM
- Evening- Monday to Thursday from 3.30PM to 12.45AM & Friday 11.30AM to 4.30PM
