Overview
We’re hiring enthusiastic and customer focused servers to join our winter team! As part of the T-Bar Pub and our special events crew, you’ll help create a warm, lively, and memorable experience for every guest. This is a standout role for anyone who loves the mountain lifestyle, with most shifts starting mid-morning so you can catch first tracks before work!

Responsibilities
- Facilitate a fun, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide excellent customer service in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Serve and clear tables.
- Follow ProServe guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
- Understanding of menu items and ability to communicate same to guests
- Provide information to guests on daily specials
- Prepare check and collect payment from customers
- Handle personal float and perform cash-out.
- Help out in other areas of restaurant when needed
- Stock service as needed
- Keep service area clean and organized
- Awareness of resort activities and ability to communicate this to guests.
- Maintain stock levels
Qualifications
- ProServe certification (Alberta)
- Be able to work full shift in fast paced environment.
- Ability to be friendly and welcoming with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Server and/or customer service experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with point of sales systems and cash handling.
Where We Are
Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. More information on our location and our resort can be found at skicastle.ca
Employment Level
Work Conditions
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.
- This is a seasonal position from November to April, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
