Overview:
Alberta Tank Fabrication & Coating Ltd. is looking for a general laborer to join our team and help support daily operations in a laydown yard by assisting with material handling, organization, and general site maintenance. This role requires physical labor, attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor, industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies within the laydown yard
  • Organize, stack, and secure materials according to site requirements
  • Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed
  • Perform general cleanup, housekeeping, and yard maintenance
  • Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
  • Conduct basic inspections of materials and report damage or safety concerns
  • Work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction, industrial, or yard experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor
  • Strong awareness of safety practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
