Title: Farm Labourer

Location: Goodsoil, SK and Marwayne, AB

Salary: Starting at $21.00

Hours of work: Full-Time, Seasonal - Summer

The Company:

Family run Bison Ranch looking for a full time, seasonal Summer Farm Hand. Experience is an asset, daily tasks are feeding, processing of animals, machinery operation example tractors, trucks, balers, etc. Location is in Marwayne, Alberta and in the Goodsoil, Saskatchewan area.

Wages are very competitive and accommodations available

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Fencing, farm fencing maintenance and installation
  • Mowing and vegetation maintenance
  • Tractor, power mobile equipment operations
  • Care, handling and feeding animals
  • Guiding and moving animals from location to location
  • Stable maintenance and cleaning areas for animals
  • ATV/UTV Operations
  • Miscellaneous labourer tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Operating a ATV is an asset
  • Previous farm labourer experience is an asset
  • Animal experience with bison, cattle or similar livestock is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
