We represent many of the industry's leading residential and commercial flooring brands and work with independent flooring retailers, commercial flooring contractors, designers, architects, and major end users throughout Western Canada.

Our Calgary branch is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

This is an established sales territory with an existing customer base, offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build relationships, grow market share, and develop new business.

You will be responsible for servicing flooring retailers throughout southern Alberta while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Grow sales within your territory through regular customer visits and business development.
  • Prospect and open qualified new accounts.
  • Present new products, promotions, and merchandising programs.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Conduct product training sessions and sales presentations.
  • Work alongside architects, designers, and commercial end users to support product specifications.
  • Assist customers with product selection and project solutions.
  • Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, and sample programs.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal customer service, warehouse, and management teams.

  • Has strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds a valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  • Holds or is eligible to obtain a valid Canadian passport for occasional travel.

Experience That Would Be Considered an Asset

  • Flooring industry experience.
  • Commercial construction or building products experience.
  • Distribution or wholesale sales.
  • Architectural or specification sales.
  • Project management experience.
  • CRM or sales software experience.
