Clinical Coordinator - Lethbridge, AB

Position Type: Part time or Full-time opportunities available

Work Days: If Part-time: 3 / 4 Days a week (of which Mondays and Saturdays are mandatory)

Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 - 4 days a week)

Salary Range: $22.00–$24.00 per hour (Additional bonus up to $4/ hour)

We're currently seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join our clinic in Lethbridge, Alberta, ideally someone who lives locally and values being part of their community.

What You'll Do
As a Clinical Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face and organized force behind the scenes, ensuring every patient enjoys a smooth, positive experience.

  • Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage patient referrals with care and professionalism
  • Be the Connection: Communicate and collaborate with doctors, specialists, and allied healthcare professionals
  • Keep Us Moving: Oversee clinic operations, including inventory management and processing sleep test equipment
  • Administrative Rockstar: Provide support with insurance paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience

What You Bring:
We're looking for someone dependable, warm, and detail-oriented who thrives in a healthcare setting:

  • 3+ years of experience in administration, coordination, or a service based role
  • Interested in pursuing a 10-year-long career with Snore MD
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast pace healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office/ Google Suite/ other platforms
  • For a full time role: Flexibility for split days off (Days off would be: Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday based on clinic schedule)
  • For a part-time role: 3-4 working days (with Mondays and Saturdays mandatory)
  • Availability to work all Saturdays (mandatory)
  • Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada (no work sponsorship required)
