Position Summary and Overview of Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance customer experience and streamline communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights into customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Willingness to pursue training in Advanced Compression Assessments and Inside Sales techniques

Valuable Qualifications and Assets:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or Human Sciences.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management SAP (or similar) software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, AR and AP.
  • Familiarity with the Alberta Aids to Daily living (AADL) program.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a patient-centered approach when working with customers and care providers.
  • Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
