Full job description

Living Waters Catholic Separate School Division invites applications for a Full Time

Maintenance Position at St Mary of the Lake Catholic School and St Francis of Assisi

in Slave Lake, Alberta.

The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor of Facilities and will be

responsible for both indoor and outdoor maintenance at both schools, and to

provide support where required at our other locations. This position may require

travel to any of our locations in Whitecourt, Edson, and Slave Lake.

The successful candidate should:

- Possess strong communication skills

- Have their own reliable vehicle with valid insurance, including $2,000,000 liability

- Maintenance experience is an asset

- Be able to work independently

- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills Duties include, but are

not limited to:

- Operating and maintaining facility equipment, lawnmowers, tractors etc.

- Maintaining grounds and buildings at Living Waters facilities

- Snow removal, general carpentry repairs, HVAC system management - Other

tasks as required

Previous experience in a trade or maintenance person role would be considered

an asset. Successful applicant should be in good health and able to work

independently to perform light and heavy-duty general maintenance tasks.
