Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Condominium HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within condominium complexes.

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems within condominiums
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC, plumbing, insulation
  • Repair or replace faulty components using company instructions
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance
  • Respond promptly to emergency repairs to minimize resident inconvenience
  • Collaborate with property management to schedule maintenance tasks and upgrades
  • Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance procedures

Skills

  • fair HVAC knowledge with some experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, fan coils , heat pumps , and ductings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and property managers
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards
