Full job description

We are currently looking for energetic and passionate RESTAURANT MANAGER/SUPERVISOR for our busy, established restaurant in mid-Etobicoke.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workflow
  • Manage staff schedules, training and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle budgeting, inventory and ordering supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

What we will expect from you:

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Good communicator and people skills
  • Knowledge in social media and marketing
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
