Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation of our hospitality environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. As a senior leader in the housekeeping department, you will inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your expertise in cleaning, hotel operations, and custodial management will drive efficiency and elevate service quality across all areas of responsibility.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleaning services across all guest areas, staff facilities, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Develop and implement cleaning protocols that meet industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure timely completion of duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and service areas to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage.
  • Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven at least 5 year experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments seamlessly.
  • Prior experience with inventory management and operational planning is preferred.
