General Farm Worker

Hilltop Dairy Ltd. – Near Fort Macleod, Alberta

Love working outdoors? Enjoy operating equipment and solving problems? Join our team!

Hilltop Dairy Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking General Farm Worker to assist with crop production, equipment operation, livestock, and general farm maintenance. Every day brings something different in this hands-on role.

What You'll Do

  • Operate tractors, loaders, and farm equipment
  • Support seeding, haying, harvest, and other field work
  • Perform equipment maintenance and farm repairs

What We're Looking For

  • Class 1 driver's licence (required)
  • Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience in agriculture or irrigation is an asset
  • Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work
  • Valid Canadian work permit

Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
