Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Ranch Hand to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on sustainable farming practices and livestock management.

Responsibilities

  • Moving cattle via horseback.
  • Calving.
  • Monitor animal health – Observe, detect, and treat diseases, injuries, and health problems.
  • Maintain fences and ranch infrastructure.
  • Support planting, harvesting, or other horticultural activities as needed.
  • Assist in implementing sustainable ranching practices and land management.

Experience

  • Previous work experience of a minimum of 1 year.
  • Horsmanship.
  • Ability to shoe horses is highly desirable.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to farm machinery and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with livestock behaviour and handling techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
