Job Summary

Thinking Big is seeking an experienced eCRM Project Manager to support a large-scale, multi-year CRM modernization initiative for a Canadian public-sector organization.

The program is focused on modernizing and consolidating aging CRM applications into a sustainable enterprise framework built on reusable and scalable business components. The selected Project Manager will lead complex CRM initiatives, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and oversee the governance, planning, reporting, and change-management activities needed to support successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leveraging Commercial off the Shelf (CoTS) CRM knowledge and experience as an eCRM Project Manager;
• Work with the Project stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain structures for project governance and decision-making;
• Define project objectives and select the most appropriate path or plan in order to satisfy project objectives;
• Develop project requirements, scope, and deliverables and ensure the appropriate approvals are in place before proceeding with the project;
• Define, estimate, and plan project tasks, resources, timelines, and milestones;
• Develop and implement a project management and implementation strategy;
• Develop, maintain, execute, and monitor project plans;
• Develop and monitor budgets, allocations, and/or expenditures;
• Identify, document, report, and mitigate project risks and issues;
• Perform change management practices to achieve project deliverables;
• Manage the project communication and reporting process via status reports, meetings, and other methods, as required for monitoring and accountability purposes;
• Ensure the completion and quality of project documentation, deliverables and obtain the necessary sign-offs;
• Ensure an operational plan is established and approved, and transition the project to the appropriate Operational team; and
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experiences

The potential candidate must possess the following:

• A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a complex environment;
• A Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated Customer Relationship Management CRM);
• Commercial of the Shelf (CoTs) Products experience as a Project Manager;
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and managing projects;
• Experience working with Agile (Agile-Iterative is preferred);
• A strong customer service orientation;
• Ability to create a project plan using Microsoft Project and manage delivery to the plan;
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; and
• Experience working in a team environment.

The following qualifications are considered assets:

• Experience as a Project Manager– Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service CRM;
• Certification in Project Management;
• Experience in Change Management;
• Experience working with government organizations; and
• Experience with MS Azure DevOps is an asset.

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
