Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in various esthetic techniques will help enhance the overall guest experience, making them feel valued and pampered.

Duties
As an Esthetician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, and makeup application
  • Performing eyelash extensions and nail care services with precision and care
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
  • Engaging in effective communication with clients to understand their skincare goals
  • Assisting with retail sales by promoting products during consultations and product demos
  • Upselling services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Managing front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
  • Collaborating with team members to create a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
  • Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques
  • Proficiency in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred
  • A valid esthetician license as required by state regulations
