## Aesthetician – Sales Specialist (Barrie, Ontario)

**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Aesthetician with proven sales expertise to join our aesthetics practice in the heart of Barrie, Ontario. This is not a standard aesthetician role—we are looking for a results-driven professional who understands premium skincare, knows how to communicate value to an affluent clientele, and has the confidence and skill to guide clients toward transformative treatments.

You will work with a sophisticated clientele who expect and demand excellence. Your role combines clinical expertise with strategic client consultation, treatment planning, and consultative selling. You will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic sales, building lasting client relationships, and driving treatment package sales while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

**What You'll Do**

- Perform professional skin assessments, consultations and other clinical treatments with precision and artistry

- Conduct consultations that position treatments as solutions to client goals (anti-aging, skin rejuvenation, prevention)

- Educate clients on multi-session treatment protocols

- Build customized treatment plans that increase average ticket value and long-term client lifetime value

- Drive membership and package sales through strategic upselling and client-centered recommendations

- Maintain meticulous clinical records, treatment notes, and client preferences

- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene protocols

- Contribute to team excellence and collaborate with management on client retention and revenue growth

**About You**

- **Proven Experience:** Minimum 3+ years as a licensed aesthetician with demonstrated success in a high-end, luxury or medical aesthetics setting

- **Sales Acumen:** Track record of consistently closing high-ticket treatments, packages, and premium add-ons; comfort discussing investment in skincare and aesthetics

- **Clientele:** Experience working with affluent, discerning clients who expect personalized, white-glove service

- **Technical Skill:** Expert-level proficiency in facial treatments, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and familiarity with advanced modalities

- **Mindset:** You are ambitious, results-oriented, and see your role as a driver of business growth—not just a service provider

- **Communication:** Articulate, professional, and able to build rapport quickly with clients

- **Accountability:** You hold yourself to a high standard; you track your own metrics and understand that performance directly impacts your compensation and advancement
