We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to ensure compliance with specifications
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed
- Provide support in developing and implementing quality management systems
- Fabricate samples for testing purposes - Confirming results are within tolerance as they relate to blueprints/drawings - Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment - Completing projects assigned by the Management

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Familiarity with quality management systems and tools
- Ability to perform precise measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Understanding blueprint reading, CAD files, drawings and customer information

- MUST have experience with ZEISS and CALYPSO.

- MUST have experience with ISO 9001:2015
