Summary

We’re seeking a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our growing team. As the liaison between our customers and technicians, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle repair process.
  • Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options clearly to customers.
  • Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on this metric.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the service process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service in the automotive industry.
  • Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
