About Reid & Wright Advertising

At Reid & Wright Advertising, we’ve built our reputation on providing high-impact, custom advertising and branding solutions. From high-visibility outdoor media (billboards, benches, and transit shelters) to commercial signage, vehicle wraps, custom print, and online/digital placement options on our website, we help regional businesses make their mark.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Digital, Outdoor & Media Sales Representative who thrives on building strong client relationships and selling integrated physical and digital advertising solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Media & Digital Sales: Sell high-visibility out-of-home (OOH) advertising spaces (local benches, billboards, arena/sports facility signage) alongside website banner placements and digital ad inventory hosted directly on our company website.
  • Sell Custom Signage & Branding: Partner with local businesses to pitch comprehensive branding packages.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect new local and regional accounts, conduct in-person and virtual client meetings, draft tailored proposals, and close deals.
  • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with our in-house web, production, and design crews to ensure client digital ads, and campaigns launch seamlessly.
  • Account Stewardship: Nurture existing client relationships, driving campaign renewals and identifying cross-selling opportunities across our print, outdoor, and digital media portfolio.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within traditional media, out-of-home, digital advertising, sign manufacturing, or print industries.
  • Local Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of regional business landscapes and commercial sectors.
  • Hunter Mentality: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable driving new business acquisition across physical and online channels.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Highly professional, with the ability to clearly demonstrate how omnichannel advertising (combining outdoor visibility with online placement) boosts client ROI.
  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
