What You’ll Learn

What You’ll Do

As part of the sales team, you will support the day-to-day activities that help West Egg Security grow. Responsibilities may include:

  • Researching prospective clients and identifying new business opportunities
  • Supporting outbound outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Helping qualify leads and organize prospect information
  • Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM
  • Assisting with sales follow-ups, meeting preparation and client coordination
  • Supporting the creation of presentations, sales materials and proposal content
  • Tracking RFPs, tenders and other business development opportunities
  • Helping maintain brand consistency across social media and sales content
  • Supporting internal coordination between sales, operations and recruitment teams
  • Learning how to turn early-stage opportunities into meaningful client conversations

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, professional and excited to grow. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Interest in sales, business development, marketing, entrepreneurship or operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidence speaking with new people and asking thoughtful questions
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and online tools
  • Willingness to learn CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • A positive attitude and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Curiosity, coachability and a desire to build a meaningful career

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We care more about attitude, effort, professionalism and willingness to learn.
