Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

About Advantage Restaurant Supply & Service

Advantage Restaurant Supply & Service has been serving customers since 2000. We are Niagara's largest commercial kitchen equipment supplier, providing equipment, parts, and service throughout Ontario and the United States. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with our customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will help customers by answering questions, preparing quotes, assisting walk-in and phone customers, and supporting the sales team. You will learn about our products and help customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes for customers.
  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person.
  • Help customers choose the right products.
  • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Learn about our products and provide accurate information.
  • Work closely with the warehouse, service, and purchasing teams.
  • Keep customer information and sales records up to date.
  • Attend customer visits when required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience.
  • Previous sales experience is an asset.
  • Experience preparing quotes is preferred.
  • Comfortable learning technical products.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence.
  • Willing to travel to customer meetings when needed.

Reports To: Director of Client Care

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
