The Opportunity
Accountable/responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.
The Role
- Administration duties for Service Department: looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
- Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
- Issuing/receiving of purchase orders for service department.
- Opening and closing of workorders, scheduling of work for technicians
- Timecard entry
- Warranty administration
The Candidate
- Work Experience: 2 plus years related experience in service administration, parts, supply chain or product support operations in an office setting.
- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, truck, coach, generators and Marine industry is an asset.
- Proficient in computers with knowledge of ERP systems, outlook, word, excel and powerpoint
- Person with parts department knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, coach, marine, industrial or generator may be considered.
- Basic understanding of business principles; WIP, sales tracking, etc..
- Strong multi-tasking skills and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
