We have served the Hamilton and surrounding area for over 40 years. Our office has become our patient’s dental “home”.

We are looking for a person one who enjoys serving people and providing exceptional dental experiences.

Responsibilities include:

· Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for patients
· Communicating, scheduling, and managing patients’ appointments
· Performing administrative tasks such as patient check in/out, including processing insurance claims, reviewing treatment plans, scanning documents
. Discussing cost/financing options with patients.

To be successful in this role you have:

· A willingness to learn and share your knowledge
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and to work effectively and responsibly under minimal supervision

Qualifications:

· Dental office administration experience (minimum 2 years)
· ABELdent experience (beneficial)
