We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You notice what needs to be done, take initiative, and are always willing to step in and support the team.

This is an in-office position, Monday to Friday, with regular working hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being at the center of a busy office, this role could be a great fit.

  • Provide additional support during peak periods, employee absences, and vacations.
  • Assist with special projects and changing operational priorities.

Systems & Office Support

  • Provide basic support for phones, printers, meeting spaces, and other office equipment.
  • Coordinate with external providers for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Assist employees with general office systems, equipment, and administrative processes.
  • Ensure shared office resources, equipment, and supplies remain organized and available.
